How to Declare the Right Major at UH Mānoa
Mānoa Advising Center
"What should my major be?" This is one of the most common questions incoming freshmen have when they come to college. The Mānoa Advising Center (MAC) is here to help these students explore the 90+ majors offered at UH Mānoa with the goal of declaring a major that best fits their educational, career, and personal goals by the end of their sophomore year. Learn how MAC uses mandatory advising and various programs to serve Exploratory students and specific pre-majors on the UHM campus. MAC representatives will also explain more broadly how high school counselors can guide students to identify and contact their appropriate UHM advisor based on their major.
